Who is the trainer, Janice Yip?

I joined the bank right after I graduated from Nanyang Technological University more than 10 years ago. Back then, I believed success was about volume. Meet more people, and sell whatever they bought.

 

When I transited to be a financial consultant, I struggled badly because clients did not refer me. They could not see my value even when I had good intentions. Soon I have no new clients to meet. 

​

True value is measured by client's perception, not your intention. 

​

​I embarked on a skills mastery journey by striving to achieve tangible outcomes for clients and writing more than 100 financial articles. Now I run a financial advisory practice that is operating through reverse enquiries and getting referred upwards​​

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Over the years, I've consecutively achieved my Million Dollar Round Table recognition and more...

2020 - achieved MDRT with 40 clients

2021 - achieved MDRT with 32 clients 

2022 - achieved MDRT with 21 clients

2023 - achieved MDRT with 23 clients

2024 - achieved MDRT with 20 clients

2025 - achieved MDRT with 9 clients (provisional)

*This is only the number of clients to reach MDRT, not the total number of clients I work with in a year
